In the first semester of 2005, we set up a Taita Shop in which parents of sponsored children are able to obtain clothing, utensils, furniture and of course toys for the children. Prior to opening the shop, goods are collected, priced and arranged for purchase in El Porvenir de Mocha. |

Marķa Teresa organised the shop in the 'Otavalo style' with clothing hung from hangers on a piece of rope attacjed to the wall. Prices ranged from US$ 0,25 to US$ 2.
